Maria T. Prentiss

Maria joined Ritchie Smith Associates following work at the office of DesignJones in New Orleans. She holds a Master in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University where she also was a teaching assistant. Prior to embarking on her MLA degree, Maria earned a Bachelor of Architecture and completed a year of college course work in construction management. At RSA, she contributes skills in design and the preparation of construction documents honed through her academic training and her work experience in both landscape architecture and architecture offices. Maria's professional interests include shaping more livable and resilient communities through design. Her professional goals are complemented by her volunteer work with civic groups such as Habitat for Humanity.
